Alan Hamill

Development and Policy Associate


Alan Hamill is a Development and Policy Associate at the National Center for Policy Analysis. Alan graduated from Baylor University in 2014 with a BA in International Studies and minors in French and Great Texts of the Western Tradition. Before coming to the NCPA, he was privileged to serve the office of House Representative Roger Williams (TX-25) in the Capitol. Mr. Hamill’s work focuses on domestic energy policy, banking, and current areas of global unrest and concern for US foreign relations. A native Texan, Mr. Hamill has studied martial arts since age 7, currently holds a black belt in two styles and is a certified instructor.
