The American Dream is about the opportunity to buy bread, it is not about the government mandating you to wait in a breadline. The American promise comes from a culture of hard work that enables success, not culture of dependency that corrodes peoples inherent human dignity.
All leadership must be prepared to answer three questions: Who are we? Where are we? And, where are we going?
The second presidential debate highlighted the cavernous differences between the two candidates. Certainly we heard more of the same with regard to personal attacks, but a more controlled Donald Trump rivaled Hillary Clinton on policy expectations, bringing the battle over moral superiority to a draw.
