The Fort Worth Speaker’s Series

For more than a decade, the Hatton W. Sumners Foundation and the NCPA have cooperated to bring the Hatton W. Sumners Distinguished Lecture Series to Dallas.  Each year the Series features four to five eminent public figures who speak about an array of public policy and history topics before area business and community leaders, media, college students and the general public.
 
NCPA’s goal is to produce a similar series in Fort Worth by bringing two lectures featuring high profile speakers to Fort Worth each year.  The lectures would be conducted in either a luncheon or dinner format with opportunities for pre-or post receptions and question-and-answer periods for the audience.  The lectures would be marketed to attract large audiences from both the business and community sectors.
