Senior Fellow
Bill Caruth is a Senior Fellow at the Nation Center for Policy analysis and a premier expert on firearms and gun control issues. Caruth also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics and Chairman of the Hillcrest Foundation of Dallas.
Along with his wife, Minnie, he supports law enforcement through various philanthropic efforts.
