Bush v. Kerry: Who has the Best Approach to Insuring the Uninsured?

Health care has become a central issue in the 2004 presidential campaign. George W. Bush and John Kerry have proposed two fundamentally different approaches to reform the health care system and insure the uninsured. What is the best way to achieve that goal? How can we provide high quality care at affordable prices? Get the facts from two leaders in health care policy: NCPA President John C. Goodman, recognized by National Journal and The Wall Street Journal as the “Father of Health Savings Accounts;” and Kenneth E. Thorpe, chairman of the Emory University School of Public Health.
