Accommodation and Arrival
Accommodations can be booked directly with the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill at 202-737-1234.
Identify yourself as a member of the NCPA for the specially negotiated rate of $285.00 per night. A limited number of suites are also available at $435.00 and up.
NCPA staff will be available in the lobby beginning at 12:00 Noon on Monday, October 1, 2012. Please stop by, check in and pick up your conference materials.
(Board members: Board of Directors meeting begins at 3:00 PM)
Opening reception at 6:00 p.m. The conference concludes at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2012.
The conference fee includes:
- Interesting policy sessions and briefings with White House, Hill and media officials.
- Private and special visits of venues rarely open, strictly limited, or closed to the public.
- All meals, including beer and wine during the conference.
- All transportation during the conference.
The conference fee does NOT include:
- Transportation to and from Washington, D.C., or to and from the airport.
- Hotel accommodations, including room service, long distance calls and incidentals.
- Alcohol not served with meals during the conference.
