Dr. Goodman was featured as the keynote speaker at a closed-door meeting of congressmen during a meeting of the Conservative Opportunity Society. Dr. Goodman talked about the principles of free-market health care reform, then spent about 60 minutes answering questions and reacting to various plans and ideas proposed by the congressmen. During the meeting, Rep. John Shadegg (R-AZ) said that "John Goodman does the best work in the nation on health care policy." Following is a list of congressmen who attended the meeting:
