The U.S. Treasury Department will release the 2006 Social Security and Medicare Trustees Reports the afternoon of Monday, May 1. Just after the report is officially released, you are invited to get the inside scoop from both recently re-appointed Public Trustees. For example: How has the Medicare Part D Rx drug law affected the long-term budget picture? What effect do recent economic growth, employment and higher productivity have on the financial outlook of the two programs?
