Sterling was the keynote speaker at an NCPA Hill briefing to showcase our Global Warming Primer. The briefing was advertised to Hill staff as a forum to review the history of global warming, the consequences of recent warming, and responses to future warming. It basically followed the charts and graphs of the Primer with commentary provided by Sterling.

The National Center for Policy Analysis is a public policy research institute founded in 1983 and internationally known for its studies on public policy issues. The NCPA is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with an office in Washington, D.C.
