Kenneth Green

Kenneth GreenKenneth Green is a Resident Scholar with the American Enterprise Institute and Former Chief Scientist and Director of the Risk and Environment Policy Centre at The Fraser Institute.

He received his M.Sc. in Biology from the University of San Diego and a Doctorate in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

He has written and directed studies on a wide range of safety, health, and environmental issues including climate change, air quality standards, urban air pollution control measures, transportation impacts on the environment, risk assessment, risk communication and risk management.

His science and policy research has led to the regular appearance of his work in Canadian and U.S. newspapers, on television and radio, as well as in numerous appearances before policymakers in Canada and the U.S.

He has testified before the U.S. House and Senate, state legislatures and regulatory agencies in California and Texas, and is the author of Global Warming: Understanding the Debate, published by Enslow Publishers.
