The National Center for Policy Analysis and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas are proud to announce they will be hosting a Policy Forum and luncheon with Lawrence Kudlow, chief economist for CNBC.com. He was associate director for economics and planning in the Office of Management and Budget during the Reagan Administration.

Lawrence Kudlow wrote recently in The Washington Times, "The new century requires a new tax policy. Now is the time to start." He is a forceful proponent of pro-growth tax cut actions.

The National Center for Policy Analysis is a public policy research institute founded in 1983 and internationally known for its studies on public policy issues. The NCPA is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with an office in Washington, D.C.
