NCPA Expert Testifies on Labor Unions

WASHINGTON, D.C. – National Center for Policy Analysis Criminal Justice Center Director Morgan Reynolds will testify before a House subcommittee Tuesday that under the current system of mandatory dues, labor unions are misleading their members. Passage of right-to-work and right-to-know legislation will be Dr. Reynolds' solutions to the problems surrounding compulsory payments of union dues.

Dr. Reynolds will address his remarks to the Subcommittee on Employer-Employee Relations of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, chaired by Congressman Harris Fawell.
