NCPA Internships and Associateships

NCPA’s Associate Program provides opportunities to gain meaningful, hands-on experience, working directly with policy experts and senior staff in our Dallas headquarters office.

Associate positions are available in Public Policy Analysis, as well as in the fields of Media & Communications, Events Planning & Management, Fundraising & Development, and IT.

Policy Research Associates collaborate intensively with NCPA’s senior fellows on major publication projects, while receiving feedback and guidance. Associates in all departments are given a high level of independence and responsibility over important efforts. As an NCPA Associate, you are treated as a professional and a critical component of our team.

Associate positions are available during the fall, summer and spring for undergraduates, graduate students, and entry-level young professionals.

NCPA hosts members of the Charles G. Koch Institute Internship & Fellowship Programs, established to develop the next generation of liberty-minded leaders and entrepreneurs. This hands-on experience gives participants the chance to explore the non-profit sector while also increasing their knowledge and expertise through programming offered by the Institute.

Koch Fellows receive a stipend as compensation for their work, and positions are available in policy, media/communications, and non-profit development. Candidates are selected by the Charles Koch Institute.
