Raymond E. Wooldridge is a private investor who was formerly vice chairman and chairman of the Executive Committee of Southwest Securities Group, Inc., a publicly owned holding company with subsidiaries engaged in providing fully disclosed securities clearing, securities brokerage, investment banking and investment advisory services. Additionally, Mr. Wooldridge served Southwest Securities Group, Inc. and its predecessor companies as president and chief operating officer from 1986 to 1993 and as chief executive officer from 1993 to 1996.

Prior to joining Southwest in 1986, Mr. Wooldridge served in various executive capacities with Eppler, Guerin and Turner, Inc., a regional brokerage and investment banking firm. From 1981-86, he was the firm’s president and chief executive officer.

Professionally, Mr. Wooldridge is Past Chairman of the National Securities Clearing Corporation, a national clearing agency registered with the Securities Exchange Commission and Past Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Securities Dealers. Mr. Wooldridge has been an allied member of the New York Stock Exchange, a former member of the NYSE Regional Firms Advisory Committee and the National Adjudicatory Committee of the National Securities Dealers Association – Regulation. He is also a past president and director of the Texas Stock and Bond Dealers Association, and a former director of the Securities Industry Association. He is a past member of the NASD’s National Arbitration and Mediation Committee.

Mr. Wooldridge is a member of the Board of Directors of CEC Entertainment, Inc. and Westwood Holding Group, Inc., Dallas-based, New York Stock Exchange listed companies. CEC Entertainment, Inc. operates a chain of pizza and children’s entertainment restaurants, and Westwood Holding Group, Inc. is in the money management and trust business. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Davidson Companies, Inc. a holding company for the largest investment firm domiciled in the Pacific Northwest . He is also a director of Westwood Trust Company.

Active in civic and community affairs, Mr. Wooldridge is a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, and has served as chairman of its Investment Committee. He is also a trustee of the YMCA Foundation and chairman of the University of Dallas Foundation . He is a former board member of The University of Dallas and The Episcopal School of Dallas. Mr. Wooldridge earned a B.A. Degree from Washington & Lee University in 1960. He and his wife, Ann, reside in Dallas. They have four grown children and two grandchildren.
