Sr. Director of Development
Tonya oversees the day-to-day operations of the Development department, including supervision of submissions for proposals for grants and requests for proposals from foundations and letters of inquiry to foundations and other donors, which represents more than 50 percent of the NCPA’s funding. Tonya also works closely with other NCPA departments, especially policy experts, to acquire funding for special research projects.
