In December 2014, the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) announced its new President and CEO Lt. Col. (Ret.) Allen B. West. Leadership transition began on the 2nd of January 2015. West took charge and propelled us forward by first broadening the NCPA mindset and our tagline – America’s Think Tank.

How will the NCPA realize this new vision? Lt. Col. (Ret.) West will outline his plan during a coast-to-coast webinar, Wednesday, April 8th from 12:00 – 12:30 pm CST. West will answer as many questions as possible during the 20-minute “Ask Allen” portion at the conclusion of the webinar.
